"Quality Care Leads To
A Quality Life" |
|
The
staff of healthcare professionals at all three Lifestyles & Healthcare
facilities work together in a team approach with the residents'
physicians, families, therapists and other specialists to ensure maximum
care for every resident.
Quality
of life for residents is the number one priority of each staff member.
This dedicated team works to meet the special needs of each resident with
care, understanding, respect and dignity. Our family of services is here
to assist you or your family member from sickness to health, from
sub-acute care to rehab and from rehab to recovery.
Setting
the team in action is an initial evaluation to determine the needs and
individual levels of care required by each resident. This total plan is
overseen by the resident's own physician, who monitors progress. |

- Long-Term Unit: A founding service of the Corporation, this unit provides all the
care possible for those needing the extra help with daily living
activities and medical treatments. Each resident has their "own
space" where they can create a homey atmosphere coupled with top
level medical care. Daily fun activities, great food and interaction
with others produce a wonderful, quality-of-life environment.
